RNB RETAIL AND BRANDS owns, operates and develops fashion, clothing, accessories, jewelry and cosmetics stores that focus on providing excellent service and a world-class shopping experience. Sales are mainly conducted in Scandinavia through the three store concepts Brothers & Sisters, JC and Polarn O. Pyret, as well as through shops in the department stores NK in Stockholm and Gothenburg and Illum in Copenhagen. RNB RETAIL AND BRANDS has operation in 11 countries. RNB has a total of some 430 stores, of which approximately 45 percent are operated by franchisees. RNB RETAIL AND BRANDS has been listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange since 2001.

Brothers & Sisters are two volume-oriented holistic concepts for men and women between the ages of 25 and 45 years. The concepts offer well-tailored garments and casual fashion in an inspiring store environment characterized by excellent service. The range mainly consists of proprietary brands, which are supplemented by external brands in the upper mid-price segment.

Polarn O.Pyret is a fully integrated brand with functional and high-quality clothing for babies and children. In Sweden, Polarn O.Pyret stores are operated under own management and on a franchise basis. In foreign markets, the stores are operated under a master franchise agreement.

RNB RETAIL AND BRANDS offers a unique distribution platform for national and international brands in strong marketplaces. We have extensive operations in the leading department stores in the Nordic region – NK Stockholm, NK Gothenburg and a small operation in Illum in Copenhagen. In addition, we have operations at one of Sweden’s largest outlet areas: Kosta Outlet outside Växjö.
