• RNB implements a combined rights issue to Konsumentföreningen Stockholm and private placement to existing shareholders. The issues contributes with about SEK 315 M to the company before issue costs.
• Polarn O. Pyret supplements its existing network of stores in Sweden with an online store. The Master franchisee in USA also launch an online store.

2008

• Polarn O. Pyret signs a master franchise agreement for the US.

2007

• Establishment in Illum department store in Copenhagen
• Acquisition of Nordisk Damkonfektion AB at NK in Stockholm
• Polarn O. Pyret signs a master franchise agreement for Russia and starts a store under own management at the Illum department store in Copenhagen
