RNB RETAIL AND BRANDS’ business concept for the department store operations is to operate and develop concepts with a high degree of service within the department stores for quality conscious customers. Our concept is aimed at men and women of all ages who expect service, product range and store environments with excellent quality. We operate large multi-brand departments and brand-exclusive departments.

Illum is one of Copenhagen’s oldest and mist prestigious department stores. During 2007, the department store underwent a major renovation, with many new concepts to strengthen its position in Copenhagen. In August 2007, RNB RETAIL ADN BRANDS established three new departments at Illum but today we operate only a major multi-brand department within beauty.
