RNB RETAIL AND BRANDS AB is a Swedish stock (limited liability) company, whose share is listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange at the small cap list. RNB RETAIL AND BRANDS’ corporate governance is based on Swedish legislation and the listing agreement with the OMX Nordic Exchange.

Governance of RNB RETAIL AND BRANDS is through the Annual General Meeting, Board of Directors and President in accordance with the Swedish Companies Act, Articles of Association and the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance.

RNB RETAIL AND BRANDS complies with most of the rules state in the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance. Any deviations are reported in RNB RETAIL AND BRANDS’ Annual report.
