Auditors

RNB RETAIL AND BRANDS’ auditors are elected by the Annual General Meeting for a period of four years. The current period commenced in January 2008 and consequently, there will be a new election of auditors in conjunction with the 2012 Annual General Meeting. RNB RETAIL AND BRANDS’ auditors are Ernst & Young AB, with Sven Bertel Enlund as the Auditor in Charge. Ernst & Young AB has been the company’s auditor since 2004. During the 2000 – 2004 period, Lars Jernberg has been personally elected auditor of RNB RETAIL AND BRANDS.
