Election Committee

RNB RETAIL AND BRANDS has an Election Committee, whose task is to nominate board members ahead of the Annual General Meeting.

The Election Committee for Annual General Meeting January 19, 2012 has been designated in accordance with the decision at the AGM in 2011 and consists of the following persons;

Sune Dahlqvist, Chariman of the Board, Konsumentföreningen Stockholm
Paul Schrotti, Vice President, Axel Johnson AB
Fred Wachtmeister, representative Irish Life and Swiss Life
Jan Litborn, representative Douglas Invest AS
